What is FYRE Festival 2?

FYRE Festival 2 is an electrifying celebration of music, arts, cuisine, comedy, fashion, gaming, sports, and treasure hunting—all set in the stunning location of Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Experience unforgettable performances, immersive experiences, and an atmosphere that redefines creativity and culture.

When is the festival?

FYRE Festival 2 will take place from Friday, May 30th, to Monday, June 2nd, 2025.

Where is the festival located?

The festival will be held at Playa FYRE on Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.

How do I get tickets?

Tickets can be purchased exclusively through our official website at tickets.FYRE.mx. All ticket packages are limited and expected to sell out quickly. If tickets sell out, our only verified resale partner is SoldOut.com. FYRE is not responsible for any secondary ticket transactions outside of SoldOut.com.

Is the festival all ages?

No, FYRE Festival 2 is an 18+ event.

Which airport should I fly into?

For commercial flights, we recommend Cancun International Airport (CUN).

• Prometheus and Phoenix pass holders will receive complimentary FYRE transportation to and from CUN.

• Our FYRE Concierge Team with contact Prometheus and Phoenix pass holders after purchase to coordinate complimentary FYRE transportation to and from CUN. For private flights, we recommend ASUR FBO at Cancun International Airport.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

Yes! Please contact experience@fyre.mx with your name and order number to request an upgrade.

Can I get a refund for my FYRE purchase?

All sales are final. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Where should I stay?

We’ve partnered with several premier hotels. Visit here to explore accommodations.

• FYRE Concierge will be available at partner hotels for check-in and wristband distribution.

• If booking accommodations independently, we recommend staying on Playa Del Carmen or at one of our partner hotels. Learn about accommodation options here.

• Wristband credentials for non-partner hotel guests can be picked up at a designated partner hotel. More details will be announced closer to the event.

Can I split my ticket with friends?

• Ignite and Fuego Passes: Valid for one (1) person for the entire weekend.

• Phoenix Passes: Valid for up to two (2) people for the entire weekend.

• Prometheus Passes: Valid for up to eight (8) people for the entire weekend.

Tickets must be used by the same person(s) for the entire festival.

Will set times be posted in advance?

Yes, the official set times will be released closer to the event.

Does my ticket include accommodations?

• Prometheus & Phoenix Passes include luxurious accommodations near the festival site. Our FYRE Concierge Team will contact you after purchase to arrange your stay.

• Fuego & Ignite Passes do not include accommodations, but we’ve secured exclusive hotel rates for ticket holders. Explore our partner hotels for special offers.

I didn’t receive my ticket confirmation. What should I do?

Check your Spam/Junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, please email experience@fyre.mx.

How do I update my shipping address?

Email experience@fyre.mx with your order number and new shipping address.

What if tickets sell out?

The only verified resale platform is Soldout.com. FYRE is not responsible for any purchases made outside of SoldOut.com.

Is there parking on-site?

No, there is no parking at the festival.

• FYRE provides continuous shuttle service between the festival site and partner hotels.

• Exact pickup and drop-off locations will be announced closer to the event.

How do I get to and from the festival?

• Guests staying at a partner hotel: Non-stop FYRE shuttles will be available to and from the festival site.

• Guests not staying at a partner hotel: You can board the shuttle service from one of our designated partner hotels.

A valid FYRE wristband is required to board the shuttles.

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes! You may enter and exit as many times as you like throughout the weekend.

• Security checks will be conducted upon each re-entry.

How can I apply for a media pass?

To request a media pass, email experience@fyre.mx with:

• Your full name
• Your media outlet
• Any relevant details about your coverage
